It is a Music Trip year for band and choir students in grades 9-12! This year students in grades 11-12 will have the exciting opportunity to travel to Cuba from May 4-11, to Alberta in April if they are in grades 9 or 10, and our grades 7 & 8 Jazz, Wind Ensemble and the MY Chamber Choir will be going to Camp Assiniboia. All Performing Arts students in grades 7-12 may participate in fundraising efforts throughout the school year. Each student’s travel account remain active throughout their time in the music program. All commissions raised through these efforts will be allocated to each student(s) account and will reduce their own music trip travel costs by the corresponding amount.
Our Gift Card fundraiser is available for music students this month. Print and fill out the order form, collect cash and cheques and return to the school. Order forms and payment are due to the Main School Office or your child(s) homeroom teacher by October 6. Please make cheques payable to Linden Christian School. The Gift Card Form and a Fundraising letter can be found below.
