Celebrating a Faithful Journey at Annual BanquetGuests gathered for our Annual Fundraising Banquet on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Our community celebrated all that God is doing at LCS, while honouring our Head of School/CEO Robert Charach at his last banquet before retirement.
Thank you to our banquet sponsors and all of our guests – with your support, we are on our way to meeting our fundraising goal of fully funding our Bursary Program, while also raising money for our Physics Lab Upgrade capital project and other school needs.
Last weekend’s fundraiser was a wonderful community event. Delicious food from Bergmann’s on Lombard was served by our students and guests were delighted by performances from an LCS Alumni Jazz Combo. We enjoyed hearing a parent reflection from school parent and coach Heather Rempel (Cole ’25 and Lily ’27) and an alumni interview with teacher and emcee Matt Janzen and Anari Byfield ’21. We were also blessed with a solo performance from alumni celloist Cadence Penner ’19. What a blessing to celebrate all that God is doing at LCS, all while raising necessary funds to support school needs and trusting Him for the future.
