Students Score Above National Average in Mathematica Contest

Published on: June 15, 2015

Each year, students in grades 5 – 8 at Linden Christian School have the opportunity to participate in the voluntary Lagrange, Euler, and Pythagoras Mathematics Contests.  Each contest drills students on numerous, very challenging math questions and weighs outcomes against the National Average. Students that scored above the National Average were honored with Certificates of Distinction and our top scoring students were as follows:

Jay W. – Grade 8 Lagrange Mathematics Contest

Nicholas M. – Grade 7 Euler Mathematics Contest

Samuel J. – Grade 5-6 Pythagoras Mathematics Contest

Congratulations to our students for their diligence in the area of Mathematics and Congratulations to all of our top scoring students!
