A Global Celebration: Early Years Christmas Concert Shares Good News of JesusOn the evening of December 10, the Sanctuary was transformed into a vibrant celebration of faith and culture. Our Kindergarten through Grade 4 students took to the stage for our annual Early Years Christmas concert, titled “Good News of Great Joy”
It was a beautiful evening of music and storytelling that reminded us that while traditions may vary across the globe, the heart of the season remains the same: the miraculous birth of Jesus Christ.
Bringing the Nativity to Life
The highlights of the evening included:
- A Global Journey: Students showcased how different cultures honor the season, blending international traditions with the timeless message of the Gospel.
- The Heart of the Story: The performance successfully transported the audience back to the humble nativity, refocusing our hearts on the “true joy” of the season.
- Joyful Praise: From the youngest Kindergarteners to our Grade 4 leaders, the energy and music filled our hearts with cheer.
A Note of Gratitude
An production of this scale is a true community effort. We would like to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to the team that made this night possible:
- Mrs. Brenda Johnson: Our incredible Early Years Music Teacher, whose vision and dedication brought these performances to life.
- Our K-4 Teachers & Staff: For their patience, rehearsals, and commitment to our students.
- The Tech Team: For ensuring the lights and sound perfectly captured the magic of the evening.
Most importantly, thank you to the families and friends who joined us. We hope the message of Jesus stays with you throughout the Christmas season!
