Annual Fundraising Banquet 2026 / Help Light the Way

Known for being an evening of community connection, the LCS Annual Fundraising Banquet provides guests with an opportunity to support our Bursary Fund and Capital Campaigns.

At our 2026 banquet “Help Light the Way” guests enjoyed music from our Senior Years Performing Arts students and heard from an LCS grandparent, the Board Chair and our Interim Head of School/CEO.  We gave towards our Bursary Fund – making Christian education more accessible for our families.

We also launched our new capital campaign “More than Just a Hallway”, a Lower Level Refresh. Thanks to the incredible generosity of two foundations, each gift given to update our basement hallway will be tripled. Work will begin on the lower level in the summer of 2026.

Thank you to this year’s sponsors. With their generous support, seating was complimentary and all gifts given (eligible for a full donation receipt) will be allocated to our Bursary Fund and More than Just a Hallway. Our annual banquet includes time for mingling at the reception, the opportunity to hear from students and staff, musical performances, and parent and alumni reflections. Guests always enjoy a delicious meal served by our Senior Years students and catered by Bergmann’s on Lombard. We are thankful for our banquet sponsors each year. With their support, seating is complimentary and gifts given at the banquet are eligible for a full tax receipt.
