Cultivating Compassion: Middle Years & World Vision

At Linden Christian School, we believe in being compassionate community members. Our Grade 5-8 students are actively living out that vision through this year’s World Vision Fundraiser, continuing a partnership we’ve cherished for 20 years.

Our students reflected on how they can make a difference – from studying the World Vision Gift Catalogue to brainstorming ways to earn funds. The initiative was kicked off by our Middle Years Spiritual Care and Campus Life Coordinator Cam Kerney and Lead Advisor of Church Engagement & Christian Partnerships with World Vision Canada – Chris Schroeder at a recent chapel.

We’re raising funds to purchase essential items via the Rhythms of Change 2025 campaign in developing countries. Last year, our efforts provided an incredible $11,452.98$ in support!

All student donations (cash or cheques payable to World Vision Canada) are due to school by Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

Let’s work together to fuel resilience and sustainability for families worldwide!
