Farewell Chapel Marks Joyful Close to School Year

Students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 gathered today for a vibrant Farewell Chapel, marking the official end of another successful school year. The annual event was a joyful celebration, filled with music, laughter, and warm goodbyes.

The chapel began with enthusiastic worship songs, sung by all students, filling the gymnasium with a spirit of gratitude. A special moment was taken to thank staff members who are leaving the school, acknowledging their contributions and wishing them well in their future endeavors.

Laughter erupted as the Vice Principals performed a summer skit, much to the delight of the students. The excitement continued with a special appearance by Wingo, the school mascot, who brought smiles to our youngest students.

A touching highlight of the chapel was when all the K-Grade 6 staff members sang “Oh, The Places You Will Go!” their voices blending in a moving rendition that resonated with themes of hope and summer adventures for the young learners.

To conclude the celebration, Head of School Robert Charach addressed the students, offering words of encouragement. He emphasized the importance of spiritual growth, urging students to read their Bibles over the summer holidays. He then surprised everyone by introducing a special Star Wars compilation video, featuring familiar faces of both students and staff members, bringing cheers and applause from our students and guests.

The Farewell Chapel served as a wonderful culmination of the academic year, sending students off for the summer with happy memories and a sense of community.
