Feast for Thought: A Medieval History Banquet

Guests were heralded into our Grade 8 Medieval Banquet by trumpeters on Friday, May 16, 2025. The student led event included skits, excerpts from history, a head table made up of Middle Years staff, period specific attire, food tasters, 5th century blessings, student-designed coat of arms on display, the game show “Are You as Brave as a Knight”, the King’s Speech (delivered by our Middle Years Spiritual Care & Campus Life Coordinator Cam Kerney), a banquet of food, and musical numbers from our Vocal Ensemble.
Each student was allowed to invite a guest to enjoy the afternoon filled with food and entertainment.
We’re so grateful to our staff and Grade 8 students for a fantastic afternoon that took us on a journey through history!
