Lighting the Way: A Night of Music, Mission, and Momentum

Our 2026 Annual Fundraising Banquet, “Help Light the Way,” was a powerful evening of community connection and vision for the future of LCS.

Our Senior Years Performing Arts students set the stage for an evening of inspiration. We were honored to hear from LCS grandparent Audrey Dyck, our Board Chair Rod Neustaedter, and Interim Head of School/CEO Bryan Schroeder, all reinforcing the mission, vision and value of Linden Christian School.

The heart of the evening focused on two goals:

  1. The Bursary Fund: Ensuring a Christian education remains accessible and inclusive for all families. This is the focus of our Annual Fundraising Banquet each year.
  2. “More Than Just a Hallway”: Senior Years Vice Principal Andrew Fast officially launched our Lower Level Refresh project. The 2026 capital campaign will transform our basement hallway into a modern student common area with new, secure lockers, additional seating, new tables and an updated environment.

Director of Advancement Kristen Kroeker presented a 2:1 matching grant. Thanks to two generous foundations, every dollar given toward the Lower Level Refresh will be tripled. With construction slated to begin in the Summer of 2026, there has never been a better time to make your gift count.

Gratitude to Our Partners A huge thank you to our event sponsors! Because of their support, seating was complimentary, meaning 100% of the gifts given go directly toward the Bursary Fund and the capital campaign.

Missed the banquet? You can still be a part of the light! We will be accepting donations to help us reach our matching goal before the June deadline. Click here to give today.
