Melodies That Matter: Musicathon Aids School in Dominican RepublicThe Linden Christian School of Fine Arts has been supporting the Refuge of Hope School in partnership with Ambassadors for Christ Canada since 2010. Cumulatively, they have raised over $58,000.00 through their annual Musicathon fundraisers. The Refuge of Hope School in the Dominican Republic provides quality Christian education to children that would otherwise not be able to attend school. Ambassadors for Christ Canada is committed to accelerating the spread of the gospel.
LCS School of Fine Arts students collected pledges and prepared musical selections for our annual Musicathon fundraiser. They had the opportunity to perform in the Sanctuary and Band Room on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. It was wonderful to enjoy musical performances throughout the day. This year we had 159 students and eight School of Fine Arts teachers involved. Our supportive community has raised $4,985.00 to date.
