Unstoppable: JV Girls Basketball Team Clinch Provincial BannerThe LCS Junior Varsity Girls Basketball team capped off a perfect 27-0 season with a Provincial Championship in Dauphin from March 13-15, 2025. Our girls beat the host school, the Dauphin Clippers 59-47 in the finals, bringing home the AAA Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association banner! Annie W. was named tournament MVP, while Sophia P. and Veronica J. were named All-Stars.
Our Wings enjoyed a victory lap around the school on Monday, March 17 to celebrate their success and the 32nd Provincial banner for LCS.
Thank you to our coaches Heather Rempel and Cole R. for their excellent leadership throughout the season. It was evident that our girls worked hard, played as a team, served as ambassadors for Christ, and strove for excellence throughout the season.
Thanks also to our supportive parents and fans for a fabulous season.
