Athletes Rewarded for Accomplishments and Contributions

Linden Christian School celebrates ongoing athletic accomplishments. Each June we host an event to honour our Senior Years athletes and the contributions they make to our teams. This year, athletes were celebrated at an Awards Brunch on June 15, 2024. Students were honoured and coaches and parents thanked for their time and effort supporting LCS athletic teams.

LCS recognizes the achievement of our players through a series of awards. The Athletic Achievement Award honours individuals who have played on multiple LCS sports teams. Our Coaches Awards acknowledge athletes who have helped add to their team in some shape or form. The Most Outstanding Player Award is given to players who exhibit great skill. At Linden Christian School, we also encourage athletes to be Ambassadors for Christ. The Christian Character Award is presented to athletes who represent Christ on and off the bench. Last but certainly not least, the Athlete of the Year Award acknowledges well rounded players who commit to the overall success of the LCS Wings.

Athletic Achievement Awards were handed out to: Marco B, Brooklynn C, Sarah F, Nolin G, Veronica J, Cohen K, Liv M, Kyla N, Widy N, Sofia P, Carter R, Lily R, Annika T, Kolbie W, Arianna B, Grayce D, Sam G, and Uyen N.

Athletes who received Coaches Awards were: Sela M, Nolin G, Natalia P, Tomas B, Anna F, Kolbie W, Raniya M, Grayson D, Veronica J, Xiaowei Q, and Jace H.

Our Most Outstanding Player Awards this year were presented to: Jael R, Carter R, Ashra R, Sam A, Sofia P, Carter R, Jen Z, Sam G, Brooklynn C, Josh D, Mabel H, Gavin P, and Preston F.

Christian Character Awards were presented to: Annika T, Jordan S, Brandi K, Sam G, Peyton D, Marco B, Jane W, Sam G, Uyen N, Kieran J, and Nash U.

Congratulations to our Athletes of the Year: Liv M.- Female Junior Varsity, Carter R. – Male Junior Varsity, Ashra R. – Female Varsity, and Sam G. – Male Varsity.
