Annual Fundraising Banquet UpdateWe hosted our largest annual fundraising banquet to date on Saturday, April 29.
Thank you to our banquet sponsors and all of our guests – with your support, our fundraising goal for the evening was met and exceeded!
Last weekend’s fundraiser was a wonderful community event. Delicious food from Bergmann’s on Lombard was served by our students and performances and reflections by students and alumni were enjoyed. It was a blessing to gather together and celebrate all that God is doing at LCS while raising necessary funds to support school needs.
We celebrated our spiritual heritage and our focus on an education rooted in Christ. It was a pleasure to honour Mr. Al Martin with the 2023 LCS Builder Award. Thank you to our Emcee Nick Janzen, LCS Board Chair Sandra Nickel, the MY Honour Choir, student speakers Daunte B. and Abrina R, the Alumni Quartet and our jazz soloist Samuel M.
