Grade 2 Students Reinforce that the Bible is TrueMrs. Karla Banman’s Grade 2 students led our Early Years students through a worshipful Chapel on January 18, 2023. Student leaders reminded our K-4s that “all scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16). They outlined what the Bible is, who wrote it, and helped their guests to understand that the Bible is trustworthy and true.
Through worshipful songs and readings, students in 2B reminded us that the Bible includes eye witness accounts and history that can help us to trust that it is true. Our Chapel leaders also talked about the term “inspired” and that the Bible is “breathed out by God”.
Students watched a video called ” What is the Bible, Who Wrote it, and How do we Know that it is True?”.
Chapel closed with this prayer: “Thank you for the Bible. We know that it is true and that it is inspired by you. Help us to be faithful to read it. Help us to understand what it means. Thank you for your love. We love you God! Thank you for Jesus.”
We are so thankful for the important truths that 2B brought to Chapel today!
