Grade 6 Leaders Assist LCS CommunityThank you to our 2023-2024 Ambassadors and Patrols! As we wrap up another school year, we are thankful for the Grade 6 leaders who have helped at recess and on the crosswalk. Their commitment to supporting students and safety, even in extreme weather, is so appreciated.
Grade 6 Ambassadors play a vital role at LCS. They spend their recesses and lunch hours supporting our youngest students on the playground and help with conflict management. Our Ambassadors also assist with ushering and serving at special events. Training in our Ambassador program helps to develop leadership skills.
Our Grade 6 Patrols safely directed our crosswalk traffic all year. Students, staff and parents benefit from their commitment to safety and dedication to keeping our drive-thru running smoothly. Rain, shine, and snow… these patrols showed up and helped our students arrive and depart from school safely each day.
