Parent Community Shines their light on LCS StaffLCS Faculty and Staff were touched by the outpouring of kindness and wonderful treats during LCS Staff Appreciation Days, scheduled this year from February 26 – February 29, 2024. The week began with a lovely coffee break Monday morning with muffins and yogurt parfaits, followed by an afternoon on Wednesday with an assortment of pies, plus fruit and cheese. The finale on Thursday was a fiesta taco lunch with delicious dessert and a “candy bar” to bring extra treats back to classrooms and offices. So much good food, so much joy!
The Staff Appreciation Committee selected Matthew 5:16 as the week’s theme verse:
“Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
