Practical Evangelism and Bible DistributionOur Grade 5 students received a New Testament (with scripture explanations and Psalms and Proverbs) during a ShareWord Global presentation.
The organization (formerly known as Gideons International) has been faithfully distributing and placing Bibles in hospitals, prisons, classrooms and hotels around the world since 1911. Bill and Priscilla Rempel spoke about the impact the Word of God has had on their lives, and their call to spread the transforming news of the gospel.
Middle Years Vice Principal Jeff Thiessen encouraged our students to spend time reading the Bible daily. He also challenged them to share the New Testament with a friend or family member (if they already own their own Bible) and introduce them to Jesus.
